Delete your Equality Hunter account

This page explains how to delete your account in Equality Hunter, a game by OCY Games (Ömer Can Yücel), and what happens to your data.

Option 1: in the Game (fastest)

1. Open Equality Hunter.
2. Tap the gear icon at the top right to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm twice.

The account is deleted at once. The Game then starts over with a new player.

Option 2: by email

If you cannot open the Game, email support@ocygames.com with the subject "Delete my account". Include your player ID (shown in the Game under Settings → Player ID). We complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email.

The Game does not ask for your email address or name, so your player ID is the only way we can find your account. If you signed in with Google, Apple, Google Play Games or Game Center, you can give us that account's email address instead. If you no longer have the Game and do not know your player ID, tell us your device type and roughly when you last played, and we will try to find it.

What is deleted

Your player profile and nickname, coins, lives, items, upgrades, skills, themes, level progress, game history, records, leaderboard and Hall of Fame entries, friends list, gift inbox, friend code and your Firebase sign-in account. You are also removed from your friends' lists. This cannot be undone.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records: the store transaction record (product, date and store transaction identifiers), without your nickname or game data, for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and to prevent the same purchase from being redeemed twice.
• Analytics data (only if you allowed analytics): it is not linked to your player ID, so it is not deleted with the account; it expires automatically after 14 months.
• Server logs: deleted automatically within 30 days.

An active VIP subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store. Uninstalling the Game does not delete the data on our server.
