These terms apply when you play Equality Hunter (the "Game") by OCY Games. By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

The Game

The Game is free to play. Some optional features can be unlocked with coins, which you earn in play, by watching optional rewarded ads, or buy with real money. We may change, add or remove features, levels and prices to keep the Game balanced and fun.

Coins, items and purchases

• Coins and items are a limited licence to use them in the Game. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game.
• Every coin price in the Game also shows its approximate real-money equivalent.
• Upgrades you buy are permanent. We will not reduce the effect of an upgrade you have already bought.
• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their refund policies. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal for unused purchases, it applies.
• VIP (Ad-free Rewards) is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account settings.

Fair play

Do not cheat, use modified versions of the Game, exploit bugs, automate play or interfere with other players. We validate scores on our servers and may remove records, reset progress or suspend accounts that break these rules. Choose a nickname that is not offensive or misleading; we may change nicknames that are.

Your content

Your nickname, scores and equations may be shown publicly on leaderboards and in the Hall of Fame.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the Game running, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, OCY Games is not liable for indirect losses or for lost in-game progress caused by events outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
